This week on Use Your Words, JJ Amaworo Wilson interviews Elise Stuart on her newly released memoir of poetry and prose, My Mother and I, We Talk Cat.

Elise is also the author of Another Door Calls, a book of poetry about the enchanted country of New Mexico published earlier this year.  She was honored to be the Poet Laureate of Silver City, New Mexico from 2014-2017, and because her vision included inviting young people to experience the magic of poetry, she facilitated numerous poetry workshops for youth.


Use Your Words! is broadcast live on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 4:30pm and rebroadcast the following Fridays at the same time.
